Hello and welcome to Haunted Summer!

Here we make a selection of clothing and goodies that are inspired by Romantic Age steampunk, and which relies as much as possible on reused, recycled and upcycled materials. We also clothing for plus sized men and women that is sexy, stylish and comfortable to wear, because there isn't enough of it out there.

Payment

We're pretty easy-going when it comes to payment, and so long as you communicate with us then there won't be a problem.

If you're paying by PayPal, please make sure that your payment is processed within three days of purchasing.

If you would like to pay by cheque, money order etc then please contact us in advance to let us know so that we are expecting you!

If you would like to cancel your order, then we are happy to do that for you so long as you contact us before the item is packed up for shipping. Please contact us via Etsy or using the contact details given under Additional Information if you would like to cancel and order.

Shipping

Once we receive an order, we will get it in the post as soon as possible, however, we are based in a tiny little village in the Welsh mountains so we can't always put it in the post the next day.

If you need an item urgently, or would like expiated postage etc then the best thing to do would be to contact us in advance either by messaging us on Etsy or by using the contact details given in the Additional Information section.

In the unlikely event that an item is lost in the post, we ask that you contact us in the first instance. We also ask that you wait four weeks beyond the estimated delivery date as most items will work their way out of the system in that time. If they still have not arrived, then we will issue you with a full refund or replacement item as appropriate. You may also be asked to provide us with some details so that we can claim compensation from the shipping provider.

REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOM & MADE TO ORDER PIECES

If you are ordering one of the set items in our shop that is then made-to-order in one of a number of set sizes, then you may claim a refund for an item less a 20% non-refundable deposit that helps us to at least partially cover the labour and materials that go into making a piece if you decide that you aren't happy with it.

If you are ordering a custom-made piece that has been specifically designed for you, then there is a non-refundable deposit of 50% that covers most of the cost of our materials as we are unlikely to find another buyer that the piece will fit as well as it fits you.

Alternatively, we will be happy to make changes and adjustments to an order so that you are happy with it, and may offer a reduced rate for making these alterations depending on the circumstances.

If the item is damaged or faulty, then a refund will be made in full, and the policies given above for items that are lost in the post also apply.

We don't like it when people are unhappy, and will work closely with you to ensure that you are delighted with anything that you order from us. We're also not a big, faceless organisation and are happy to talk to you about any issues you may have, and make adjustments or changes to our rules and policies depending on your personal circumstances.
